With TA, TA/RA, or TFC selected, displays nonthreatening intruder within 1200 feet vertically and 6 NM laterally. Symbol alone indicates traffic without altitude reporting and must be assumed to be co-altitude. This symbol is visible only if a TA or RA is active and the range selected is 40 NM or less on some airplanes.
